Medical / hygiene (budget bugout)

First Aid

  •  Travel size First Aid Kit (80 pieces) - mostly bandages but that's your most common need for small cuts and abrasions
  • Nitrile Gloves (X2 pair) - handy in a medical situation as well as cleaning your game
  • Triple Antibiotic Ointment - essential treatment to prevent small cuts from becoming big problems
  • Hydrocortisone Anti-itch Creme - what was that bush that I just rubbed up against?
  • 5 sheets of Moleskin - you are likely not used to having to hike long distances so the blisters on your feet could take you out of the game - Moleskin will keep you in it.

Medicine

  • Ibuprofen Travel Tube Container (10 count) - unless you're a full time grunt, carrying a heavy backpack all day will contribute to all those sore muscles you just realized you have
  • Tylenol Travel Tube Container (10 count) - it's likely to be a stressful situation bugging out, let's take care of that headache
  • Sunscreen Stick - I'm always the last to remember to put this on, don't be me.
  • Insect Repellent - aside from the obvious nuisance that the little biters present, bug bites can lead to infection along with a constant itchy distraction

Daily Hygiene

  • Toiletry Kit -  shampoo, body wash, soap bar, shaving cream, razor, toothbrush and toothpaste
  • Hand wipes - travel size
  • Feminine Maxi-Pad (X3) - well first I wanted my wife to know I was thinking of her, second they double as wound bandages.
  • Roll of Toilet Paper - there's a reason this is the first item to be panic bought in the stores, for me this creature comfort is a must (including Ziplock Freezer Bag to keep it dry)
  • Chapstick - you never know, always be prepared

Due to supply chain challenges: Actual shipped products may vary from description/picture based on availability.
